Ravi, who often introduces himself as a student of life, is a business enthusiast, management consultant, an observer and Chartered Accountant. With over ten years of experience, his critical expertise is in SME business growth and advisory, especially process designing and finance structuring. He is on a journey of learning, unlearning and relearning. Master Insiders is the path to do it, while taking others on the same road and growing holistically.

Gaurisa defined her purpose very early in life: be a part of something meaningful. After pursuing her chartered accountancy in Mumbai, she later worked with ICICI Bank, ultimately starting her entrepreneurial journey in sustainable living. With the learnings and observations from the worlds of corporate and startups, she learnt lessons to solve on-ground problems, grow businesses, and create structures that function well and give sustainable results.

True to his name, he is a lotus of the pond. A very calm soul yet symbol of dedication and grit. He is an anchor who loves to complete his projects by solving complex problems thrown at him. He loves to work; being in challenging positions gives him the motivation to test himself more. A perfect introverted Pankaj can come in very handy when the problem needs a logical solution.

A hardcore firefighter works day and night with one goal, to improve upon things that nobody else can fix. With good command over technical jargon of business and finance, Prince has a strong desire to create impact through his work. He is dedicated to client satisfaction and being valuable at critical points. He has a fantastic team player; like any beautiful midfielder, he passes the ball to the striker for the successful goal.

Shivram Sethuraman
Shivram has led Human Capital consulting at a leading consulting firm for the last 12 years. He has over 28 years of experience in Management Consulting in various industries. He has executed engagements in areas such as Strategy, Budgeting, Costing, Organisation Design, Structure & Climate, People Assessment & Fitment, Performance Improvement and Compensation Interventions. He has worked in companies like Deloitte, Sanmar Group and Intercraft Trading. He is a textile Engineer from the Technological Institute of Textiles (Member Birla Education Society) and a Business Management alumnus of IIM, Lucknow. He currently also serves as the Independent Director of Apollo Home Healthcare and Apollo Hospitals.
Himanshu Nazkani
An alumnus of IIT Guwahati IIM Bangalore, Himanshu has 10+ years of experience in the Investments and Investment Banking space. A large part of his work experience is in business diligence, investment structuring, investment negotiations in the private markets space across seed, venture, and PE stage investments. The former India Head (Investment) for public and private markets at Kristal.ai, VP at Elevar Equity, managing VC investments in financial services, Agritech, SME lending, Education Financing space; he was also a part of the investment team of RGAM Investments (Religare Group) executing large ticket size private equity transactions and exits. He has also been a part of the IB team of Unitus Capital.
Divyank Jain
This Mumbai-based marketer is a serial entrepreneur who has lived and studied in 7 cities and worked in 3. A perfect blend of creativity and marketing, he currently runs a Marketing Agency, a Wellness Food Brand and a Stationery Brand while consulting clients like Edelweiss, IIFL, Zee, Thomas Cook, Anarock, and many more. Trivia: he was among the only 13 people Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam followed on Twitter.
